Our Xpres Flex Heat Transfer Vinyl is perfect for fast, durable customisation, with the standout feature being its quick press application in just 5 seconds at 165°C. Made from high-quality PU, it has a semi-matt finish with medium tack, making it easy to apply and peel hot. Suitable for polyester and cotton fabrics, it can withstand wash temperatures up to 60°C, ensuring your designs remain vibrant wash after wash. The vinyl is 90-100 microns thick and available in 51cm wide rolls, in either 5m or 25m lengths.

Xpres Flex is an excellent product for producing fine detail work as it has an integral sticky backing. It is hot release which speeds up the production process for multi colour transfer layering.
