Bambi provide a 1 year return to base warranty for BB model compressors and a 2 year return to base warranty for the VT models. These warranties cover defective parts and labour.

OKI Laser Printers have a 1 Year Onsite Manufacturer Warranty from the date of purchase (consumable items have a 3 Month Warranty). You should first contact Xpres Technical Support who will identify the problem and refer you to your local service centre. Alternatively, you will be advised to call the main OKI warranty line who will then go through diagnostics over the phone with you.
In the rare event of hardware failure, Xpres require the original printer box should the printer need to be returned for any reason.
